Quality management

Panonske TE-TO, at the time called EPS JP “Panonske elektrane”, implemented Quality Management System back in 1998, making us the first business organization for electrical energy production in the Republic of Serbia to certify for a quality system. Institute for Standardization of Serbia performed the certification, as well as recertification of quality management system five years later.

Implementing the quality management system has for years now been a strategic orientation of the Panonske TE-TO management in its striving to achieve generally accepted objectives – improvement of the company‘s overall business operation through constant advancement of performances in all processes, consistent application of regulations, raise in the level of content of interested parties, as well as the competence and motivation of employees.

Quality management system, based on the series of ISO 9000 standards, and environmental management system, based on the series of ISO 14000 standards, had been merged in 2007 into integrated management system – IMS. The system was than certified by the international certifying company TÜV SÜD.

Nevertheless, Panonske TE-TO move on. Following the determined principles of socially responsible operation, we have started the implementation of the occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 and within the integrated management system.
